Make Delivery Day Easier with a Clear Placement Plan
The fastest way to reduce confusion is to describe the site before the unit arrives. Delivery planning is a shared exercise: the property owner or site lead knows the constraints, while the provider can confirm what equipment and access route require.

Map the approach
Identify the entrance, gate width, driveway or access lane, turning area, overhead obstructions, slopes, soft ground, and time-sensitive restrictions. Photos or a marked-up site sketch can communicate more than a long description.
Select the placement area
The unit should be reachable for users and service access without blocking emergency paths, equipment routes, dining areas, entrances, or accessible circulation. Favor a stable, reasonably level surface.
Keep one person informed
Provide a site contact who understands the placement, access instructions, and arrival notes. For longer rentals, document how the site may change and when the location should be reviewed.
